July is over ! goodness where has the time gone.
Dont know about you but I seem to have been really busy, have put myself through a couple of courses to make sure I am up to date with all the new apps and software out there, and boy there is a lot, seems like every week there is a new way of doing things, my FaceBook feed in the VA group is full of fellow virtual PAs asking what do you think about such an such CRM application.... HubSpot, Monday.com, Honeybook - you get the idea. Not to mention all the different ways to have a virtual meet up and record or transcribe the contents into readable English, never mind being able to actually understand it Which is what I have been spending time on, listening to podcasts, downloading the AI translation and making sense of it all, have to admit have been kept very entertained by some of the literal translations by the software - have you ever had the TV on with the text running below? you will understand if you do. Anyhow it seems I have saved my client's sanity and this has made my heart glad.
I have also been deep diving into "how to market your small business", have to admit I haven't come up for air yet on that one, but have discovered "HootSuite" which is going to be wonderful as I will only have to set up a post/pic/comment once and click send and hey presto it will all be on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter all at once, at the same time, and you can even do it at three in the morning on Tuesday and schedule it to go on on Thursday 9am, leaving me free to sneak out for a lovely long walk with the dogs Hurray for technology.
