“I felt stuck in life and started a self-development journey in April 2017. A year later after reading numerous books, participating in seminars, doing online development courses, I realised that I find it very hard to make any significant progress. My biggest challenge was to understand how to use the information I acquired and what future steps to take. All I knew was that there is so much more to life than everyday living and there are people out there who think the same and are in the same situation as I am. I realised that in order to sort all my thoughts out I needed to find a life coach and an accountability partner that would help me grow to the next level.

Since I’ve only worked with sports coaches before I was not sure what to expect and how the first life coaching session would go. After digging deep into my core values and interests we managed to create an action plan for my future growth. Now I am committed to the plan, I feel accountable to myself and Ewa to make sure I do my best in making it happen. I don’t procrastinate as much as before and I enjoy what I am doing so much more.
