LongviewHR is a boutique HR consultancy based in Kent and supporting businesses across Bedfordshire and the wider South East. Founded by two senior HR professionals — and long-time friends — we bring over 35 years’ combined experience working alongside growing organisations.
We support the full spectrum of HR, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance, employee relations, compliance and organisational change. Our particular specialism lies in employee relations, people risk and performance management — helping leaders handle sensitive or complex situations with clarity and confidence.
As a boutique consultancy, we intentionally work with a limited number of clients so we can provide genuinely relationship-led, responsive support. We believe in transparent pricing, which is why we offer clear, structured packages rather than hidden fees.
