With 24 years of experience, I offer an innovative blend of Existential and CBT Psychotherapy and Executive Coaching to help leaders flourish in both their professional and personal lives. This is an ideal approach for those who don’t need or want psychotherapy, but are looking for more depth and insight from their coaching.
I provide confidential, safe, and non-judgemental sessions. My background includes extensive work in acute and post-acute psychiatry, charitable mental health services, crisis prevention, rape crisis and trauma support, as well as private wellbeing services. I am well-qualified, highly experienced, and fully accredited. I currently serve as Deputy Chair of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Coaching Division Executive Committee.
