Hi, I'm Petro, co-founder of Off The Wall Digital (part of the Wall Media group), based in Ramsgate.
I help small and medium business owners who are doing everything themselves get their time back. I start with your website, a shop window that actually sounds like you, so customers feel they know you before they've even picked up the phone. Then I set up the systems behind it: enquiry handling, bookings, CRM, follow-ups and order processes that quietly do the job of extra staff.
I've worked with local businesses like Mama's Sourdough, Ocean Gaze Beauty and Boiler Boss. Before this I spent 20+ years in enterprise sales and customer success.
