I started my career as a trainee with P. H. Mehendale & Co. and continued with the Firm post qualification as an Associate till 2005. I became Partner of the Firm in 2005 and bring a post-qualification professional experience of over 21 years to our firm.
I am actively involved in Advisory Practice in the area of Due Diligence, Corporate Restructuring, Financial Performance Evaluation, Mergers and Acquisitions and Debt Syndication. I have been providing virtual CFO Services along with Management Consulting Services to many growing Companies over last two decades. I also specialize in advisory services including Internal Audits, Internal Control Evaluation, Internal Financial Controls, ERP Implementation and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
