Over the last ten years, we have grown from nothing to being recognised as brokerage with a practical led approach to insurance, whilst guiding with a technical knowledge, with transparency on your behalf. And when push comes to shove, we are not all talk. We have developed extensive claims handling experience over the last ten years from claims involving Fatalities & the HSE, Burglaries for small businesses, Fires & Arson attacks, right down to pile up claims on the motor way that never seem to get settled by the insurers.
We genuinely do it all. A small family run brokerage that cares enough about its people and customers, with enough skill across the team to rival even the biggest players in the UK.
Our secret really comes down to working with you, our customers. When insurance is made difficult, or complicated, or just dealing with people on a phone that don’t get what you are trying to say. We make the time to go through the business properly either in person, phone or with a zoom or teams meet. We then we prioritise what you want & what you need to trade effectively. Once this is clear, we point out what else you should be insured for and hold an open honest conversation and also guide you to what you should be considering for the future. This makes us real experts and creates zero hassle for you at the same time.

Not trying to be an insurance expert yourselves and trying to figure out if you have bought the right insurance or not, or for what you should be insured.
