Jessica was very young when she became a victim of a violent predator. It took decades for her to realise that what happened was not her fault, and all this time she blamed herself... never had the courage to tell anyone and when she did report it, nothing happened... decades of blame, guilt, shame have not done justice to the beautiful person she was meant to be... But she took the courage to ask for help, although she was very nervous 'to tell' at first, and now, finally, Jessica has found peace with herself, and harmony in her life. She no longer carries the weight and fear of her secret. Some secrets must be told to reduce their power over us, and by doing so we set ourselves free to be our true self without any fear. To fill our lives with happiness and free choice, free from outdated worries that have limited us so much before is a truly a wonderful thing.
