Lillian is an extremely intuitive RTT practitioner. I had a session with Lillian on self limiting beliefs around confidence and success. Despite understanding RTT, I didn’t know what to expect in terms of what would come up for me. I was ready yet nervous and uncertain, almost immediately however, Lillian quelled those emotions and I felt relaxed, comfortable and heard. She was reassuring and provided a safe space, holding space for my subconscious to express itself without judgement and guiding me through any walls that I hit throughout the session. She has the ability to see the whole pictures and assist in piecing everything together, so that I came out with clarity, understanding and most importantly, love and compassion for myself and others. Jessica was very young when she became a victim of a violent predator. It took decades for her to realise that what happened was not her fault, and all this time she blamed herself... never had the courage to tell anyone and when she did report it, nothing happened... decades of blame, guilt, shame have not done justice to the beautiful person she was meant to be... But she took the courage to ask for help, although she was very nervous 'to tell' at first, and now, finally, Jessica has found peace with herself, and harmony in her life. She no longer carries the weight and fear of her secret. Some secrets must be told to reduce their power over us, and by doing so we set ourselves free to be our true self without any fear. I did a RTT session with Liliana on my feeling of quit around not being a good enough mum an being able to protect my children, specificly around the not proven fact my daughter has been abused.
Liliana was really professional and competent through out the whole journey. The session was powerful and profund. I felt very safe and respected. Got to heal traumas around my own mother, of course. And created new pathways in my brain. And deleted old ones.

When knowing that I was going to receive my first RTT session I was filled with nerves and anticipation. That all quickly dissipated when I met and started my session with Liliana. Her calm, wise and wonderful nature put me right at ease and comfortable to have a great session.
