Stuart Scotland was the only surveyor who took the time to call me immediately after I requested for a quote on the comparison website. This obviously gave me comfort and confidence that they are dedicated and keen to service the customer. They provided timely update and was hassle free from arranging the date of survey with the real estate to the payments. The report was detailed with coloured photographs which were visually helpful and provided estimated quotes for the cost of repairing which is always useful to have when negotiating with the seller. The report was sent immediate after the payment was made by email, the overall service was very satisfactory.

The speed with which Alexander Scotland Surveyors, were able to carry out the survey was great. This was ideal to demonstrate our genuine wish to proceed but the vendors are not prepared to go ahead with us as we have not yet actually been able to exchange contracts with our prospective buyer. The last I heard was the other buyer was delaying by wanting survey after survey. A last cause for us I fear, but thank you for your help.
