" I first met Derek when I was a young, wet behind the ear, art director in my first big London agency back in the mid-80’s. ‘The golden era of advertising’. I was briefing him on a tricky, never been done before idea that I trusted him to make happen. First impressions can mean so much. We hit it off with our first handshake and quickly realised I was in incredibly safe hands with a photographer who was a master of his craft.
