Good Friday.
A day labelled “good”… built on a story of sacrifice, suffering and obedience.
It’s an uncomfortable truth, but worth asking — who decided that was something to aspire to?
Because whether we’re talking about religion, business or society, the same pattern shows up again and again:
Narratives are created.
People follow them.
Few stop to question them.
And right now, in business, I’m seeing the consequences of that everywhere.
Leaders overwhelmed.
Teams disengaged.
Decisions made from pressure rather than clarity.
People running hard… but not necessarily in the right direction.
This isn’t just workload. It’s misalignment.
Today on the Magical Human Show, we explored this through the Alder Full Moon in Libra — an energy that brings things back into balance and exposes where the scales have tipped too far.
